Invoicing built around GST, not adapted to it.
Raise compliant invoices, run projects and expenses, and see what your business actually earns.

GST bolted on afterwards shows
Place of supply as an afterthought
Most tools ask for a state code at the end, if at all. Place of supply decides whether a line is CGST and SGST or IGST, so asking late is asking after the tax was already wrong.
Reverse charge nobody explains
In most tools reverse charge is a checkbox with no help text. The liability moves to the buyer and the invoice has to say so, which is not something to leave to a guess.
Quarterly filing means a spreadsheet
Filing under QRMP usually means exporting invoices and rebuilding the return by hand, once a quarter, from data the software already had.
From the invoice to the return.
One record carries the work from the moment an invoice is raised to the return it is filed in.
Raise the invoice
Choose the client and the items. Numbering stays continuous in each series: tax invoices and proformas, debit notes, and credit notes.

Tax from HSN and place of supply
The rate comes from the item's HSN or SAC code and the split from the place of supply: CGST and SGST within a state, IGST across one.

Get paid and match the bank
Import a statement and each receipt is matched to the invoice it settles, with the method and reference the bank recorded.
Example figures.
GSTR-1 from the invoices
B2B, B2C, exports and credit notes are assembled from the invoices themselves, ready to review and export.

Built around how you bill

An example, not live data.
| Project | Type | Agreed | Invoiced | Costs | Margin |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Brand refresh | Fixed price | ₹3,60,000 | ₹2,40,000 | ₹96,000 | ₹1,44,000 |
| Operations | Retainer | — | ₹1,80,000 | ₹1,32,000 | ₹48,000 |
| Packaging | Fixed price | ₹1,20,000 | ₹90,000 | ₹78,000 | ₹12,000 |
Margin is invoiced value less the costs booked against that project.

Everything you need
Invovibe starts from the return.
Invoices carry the fields a GST return actually needs, and tax is computed from HSN and place of supply rather than a rate someone typed.
Change the state, watch the tax change
This is the rule the whole product is built on. An invoice inside your own state splits the rate between central and state tax; one crossing a state line carries it whole as integrated tax. Invovibe decides that from the place of supply on the invoice, not from what somebody remembered.
The rate a supply attracts comes from its HSN or SAC code — this shows what happens to the rate you pick, not which rate is right for your work.
Revenue that excludes the tax you are collecting on the government's behalf.

Billed monthly or yearly. Plans differ in their limits and in a few modules; the comparison lists which. Choosing a plan opens checkout inside the application. Signing in comes first, and nothing is charged before that.
Questions about billing
Is GST extra?
Yes. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout at the applicable rate.
What happens when I reach a limit?
The action that would exceed it is blocked rather than billed. Buy add-on capacity against that limit, or move up a tier.
Can I downgrade?
Yes, from the next billing cycle. Data above the lower plan's limits stays readable; creating more is what stops.
How do refunds work?
See the refund and cancellation policy, which sets out what is refundable and the working-day window.
