About Invovibe

An invoicing product built backwards from the return.

The dashboard: net profit, net cash flow, invoice revenue net of GST, receivables and proformas awaiting payment for the financial year. Demo data.

Why it exists

Why we started from the return rather than the invoice.

Most invoicing tools were built somewhere else and had GST bolted on afterwards. Place of supply becomes an afterthought, reverse charge is a checkbox nobody explains, and quarterly filing means exporting to a spreadsheet.

Invovibe starts from the return. Invoices carry the fields a return actually needs, tax is computed from HSN and place of supply rather than a rate someone typed, and the numbers the dashboard reports are the numbers that reconcile.

That decision shows up everywhere else. Because the invoice already holds what GSTR-1 asks for, the quarter is an export rather than a reconstruction; because output tax is never counted as income, the revenue figure is one you can plan against; and because expenses carry their classification when they are entered, an auditor's question a year later is answered from the record.

Where the product starts and stops

check_circle

In scope

It covers invoicing, quotations, projects, expenses, employee records and bank reconciliation, and it assembles outward supply data for GSTR-1 from the documents you have already raised.
It runs in a browser, with nothing to install, and the same account and data behind it wherever you sign in.
cancel

Not in scope

It does not file. Invovibe writes the portal's JSON; you upload it and file. Nothing here signs in to the GST portal on your behalf.
It is scoped to GSTR-1. GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and 2B reconciliation are deliberately not covered, and we would rather say so than half-build them.

How it is built

calculate

Tax computed, not typed

The rate comes from the HSN code and the place of supply rather than from whatever the person raising the invoice remembered. A wrong rate is not something to find at quarter end.

monitoring

Revenue means revenue

Output GST is money held on the government's behalf, so it is not counted as income. The revenue figure on the dashboard is what the business actually earned.

fact_check

The return is the source of truth

Invoices carry the fields GSTR-1 needs while they are being raised, so the return is assembled from work already done instead of re-keyed from a spreadsheet.

visibility

What it does not do is written down

Every page that could imply more than the product does says where the line is: GST assembles the return and does not file it, employee records are not a payroll engine, and an integration that is not built is marked "Not yet" rather than "coming soon".

Who it is for

account_circle

Owners and their accountants

Businesses that carry GST compliance themselves — an owner, an accountant, or the two of them between other work — rather than handing it to a finance department.

view_kanban

Project and retainer firms

Firms whose work is projects and retainers as much as products: agencies, studios, consultancies and the people who invoice for time as well as for goods.

event_repeat

Monthly and quarterly filers

Filers on either cycle. Monthly filing and QRMP are both handled, including the invoice-furnishing months inside a quarter.

What we will not do with your business

lock

We do not sell your data, and we run no advertising. There is nothing on this site to opt out of, which is why you are not asked to dismiss a consent banner.

shield

We do not train models on your business data. It is used to run the service for you and for nothing else.

logout

Cancelling is one action inside the app, not an email you have to chase. Your data stays readable and exportable afterwards.

verified

We do not publish numbers we cannot stand behind — no uptime figure without measurement, no customer count, no annual discount nobody has agreed.

Built in India, for India

Invovibe is built in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, for the small and medium businesses that carry GST compliance themselves. It is made by people who have filed these returns and would rather the software asked the right question at the point of entry than produced a report about it afterwards.
