GST
No spreadsheet between your invoices and your return
Outward supply data assembled for GSTR-1 from the invoices themselves.
Invovibe assembles GSTR-1 and writes the portal's JSON. Filing happens on the portal, and GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and 2B reconciliation are not covered.

The problem it solves
A spreadsheet between invoices and the return
Each period the invoices are exported, sorted into tables by hand and keyed into the portal, and a mistake in sorting is a mistake in the return.
The months inside a quarter
Under QRMP, B2B invoices can be furnished monthly through the IFF. Treated as a third of a quarter, the quarter stops adding up.
A filed month that changes afterwards
An invoice edited after its period was filed puts the books and the portal out of step, without anyone noticing.
What it does
Section by section
B2B, B2C, exports and credit notes, section by section
Monthly and QRMP
Monthly and QRMP filers, including the IFF months
Assembled, not re-keyed
Assembled from invoices already raised, not re-keyed at quarter end
Who it is for
Companies and LLPs
Several GSTINs, each branch's invoices assembled for its own return, and periods locked once filed.
Agencies, studios and firms
Services to registered clients in other states land in B2B with IGST, and amendments go to the table their original belonged to.
Freelancers and consultants
Export of services under LUT recorded on the invoice and reported as an export, beside domestic clients.
Proprietors and small businesses
Monthly or quarterly filing, with sales to unregistered buyers summarised by rate and state the way the portal asks.
How it works
Each document, into the table it belongs in
A registered buyer makes an invoice B2B; an unregistered one makes it B2C, large or small by value and place of supply; a credit note lands in its own table with its sign intact. The invoice decides, not a person sorting a spreadsheet at quarter end.
An example, not live data.
Quarterly filers, including the months in between
Under QRMP the return is quarterly but B2B invoices can be furnished monthly through the IFF. Both months are their own thing here, not a third of a quarter — which is what makes the quarter add up when it arrives.
- 1Month 1IFF — B2B furnished
- 2Month 2IFF — B2B furnished
- 3Quarter endGSTR-1 for the quarter
An example, not live data.
The return, table by table, before it leaves
The summary reads the way the portal reads, so the comparison is a comparison rather than a translation.
| Table | What it holds | Records | Taxable value | Tax |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4A | B2B invoices | 24 | ₹14,50,000.00 | ₹2,61,000.00 |
| 5A / 7 | B2C, large and small | 61 | ₹3,20,000.00 | ₹57,600.00 |
| 6A | Exports | 2 | ₹1,80,000.00 | ₹0.00 |
| 9B | Credit and debit notes | 3 | −₹42,000.00 | −₹7,560.00 |
The portal's JSON is written from exactly these figures.

Questions about gst
Which return does Invovibe prepare?
GSTR-1 — outward supplies, assembled from the invoices you have already raised rather than re-keyed at the end of the period. GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and 2B reconciliation are not covered.
Does it file the return for me?
No. It produces the portal's JSON file, which you upload and file yourself. Nothing here signs in to the GST portal on your behalf.
I file quarterly under QRMP. Does that work?
Yes. Quarterly periods and the invoice-furnishing months inside a quarter are handled as their own thing, not as three monthly returns stacked up.
How is tax on an invoice decided?
From the HSN or SAC code and the place of supply, rather than a rate typed in by hand — which is what makes the return add up to the invoices.
Which tables does it fill?
B2B, B2C, exports and credit notes, section by section. The document decides which table it belongs in, not a person sorting a spreadsheet.
Can I check the return before I file it?
Yes. The summary reads the way the portal reads, so comparing the two is a comparison rather than a translation.
