Employees
One record per person, and what they were actually paid
Records, earnings and payment history.
This is a record of people and what they were paid, not a payroll engine. Invovibe does not compute salary TDS or provident fund, does not generate challans, and does not file anything with the department.

The problem it solves
Payments with no record behind them
Salary, a freelancer's fee and a reimbursed cab fare all leave the same bank account. Without a record per person, a question about one month means reading a bank statement.
One arrangement per person, assumed
The same person can be salaried, paid per task on one project and given a share of revenue on another. A single pay field cannot hold that.
Reimbursements counted as pay
A reimbursed expense is not income, and an issued laptop is not salary. Mixed together, what somebody earned is overstated.
What it does
Earnings and payments together
Earnings and payments in one history
Reimbursements kept apart
Reimbursements and issued equipment kept out of earnings
Who it is for
Companies and LLPs
Staff records with employment type, status, designation history and bank accounts, and that personal data open only to the roles allowed to see it.
Agencies, studios and firms
Full-time staff, freelancers and consultants on one list, each with what they earned and were paid on every project.
Freelancers and consultants
For a freelancer who brings in collaborators: what each was agreed, is owed and was paid, project by project.
Proprietors and small businesses
A short list of the people paid, with their bank details and every payment made to them.
How it works
What was actually paid, and when
Earnings and payments sit in one history per person, so a question about a month is answered from the record rather than from a bank statement and somebody's memory.
An example, not live data.
Reimbursements are not earnings
What somebody earned is counted from their salary and their project pay. A reimbursed cab fare or an issued laptop is money paid, but it is not added to what they earned.
| Month | Earnings | Reimbursements | Paid |
|---|---|---|---|
| June 2026 | ₹48,000 | ₹2,400 | ₹50,400 |
| July 2026 | ₹48,000 | ₹0 | ₹48,000 |
| August 2026 | ₹48,000 | ₹7,240 | ₹55,240 |
August's ₹7,240 is the Delhi travel claim: paid, not earned.
An example, not live data.

Questions about employees
What does an employee record hold?
One record per person, with their earnings and payment history together, so a question about a month is answered from the record.
Does Invovibe run payroll?
No. It is a record of people and what they were paid — not a payroll engine. It does not compute TDS or provident fund and does not generate challans.
How do reimbursements show up here?
Traced back to the expense that caused them, so a payment to a person can be read against the claim it settles.
