TDS
TDS deposited on time, and claimed in full
TDS you deduct, deposited and reported on time; TDS deducted from you, tracked to Form 26AS.
Invovibe works out what is due and records what was deposited and filed. It does not pay a challan, file Form 140 or issue Form 131.

The problem it solves
A due date every month
TDS deducted in a month has to be deposited by the 7th of the next. Missed, it costs interest from the day it was deducted.
Challans that match nothing
A challan paid without knowing which bills it covers leaves the quarter's return to be pieced together from bank statements.
Tax already paid, never claimed
What clients withhold from invoices is tax paid on the business's behalf. Unless it is checked against Form 26AS, some of it is never claimed.
What it does
Due dates worked out
Each month's TDS with its deposit date, from the bills and pay that deducted it
Challans against months
Challans recorded against the month and section they pay for
Returns on the calendar
Form 140 and Form 131 (formerly 26Q and 16A) dates for every quarter, and when each was done
TDS your clients kept
What clients withheld, by quarter and by client, ticked off against Form 26AS
Who it is for
Companies and LLPs
Supplier bills and team pay that deducted TDS gathered by month and section, and challans recorded only by the people who manage finance.
Agencies, studios and firms
TDS on freelancers' and consultants' project pay, under 194C or 194J, in the same register as supplier bills.
Freelancers and consultants
The TDS each client kept back, by quarter, so what Form 26AS shows can be ticked off and claimed.
Proprietors and small businesses
A plain list of what is due this month, what has been deposited and when the next return falls.
How it works
Every month, deducted against deposited
TDS deducted in a month is due by the 7th of the next — 30 April for March. Each month shows what was deducted, what was deposited and what is left, with an estimate of the interest once it is late.

A quarter, from deduction to certificate
The quarterly statement (Form 140, formerly 26Q) is due a month after each quarter and the certificates (Form 131, formerly 16A) fifteen days after that. The filing date and acknowledgement are recorded against the quarter, so the next one starts clean.

TDS deducted from you
What clients kept back from your invoices is tax already paid on your behalf. It is listed by client and quarter until it shows in Form 26AS, and flagged when it is still missing after the client's return was due.
| Client | Quarter | Withheld | Form 26AS |
|---|---|---|---|
| Global Logistics Pvt Ltd | Oct–Dec 2026 | ₹17,800 | To confirm |
| Kestrel Design Studio LLP | Jul–Sep 2026 | ₹15,600 | Found |
Still missing after the client's return was due is worth a call to the client.

Questions about tds
Which TDS does it track?
TDS deducted on supplier bills and on team members' project pay, by month and section, and the TDS clients withheld from your invoices. Salary TDS under section 192 is not covered.
Does it pay the challan or file Form 26Q?
No. It works out what is due and when, and records the challan and the return once they are done on the government's site.
When is TDS due?
By the 7th of the month after it was deducted, and by 30 April for March. Form 26Q is due on 31 July, 31 October, 31 January and 31 May, and Form 16A fifteen days after each.
How do I claim the TDS my clients withheld?
Each entry is listed by client and quarter. Tick it off when it shows in Form 26AS; one still missing after the client's return was due is worth asking the client about.
