Buy capacity, not a bigger tier
Where a plan's limit is the only thing in the way, buy capacity against it without moving tier. Each one raises a single limit and renews on the same cycle as the plan it sits on.

Frequently asked questions
Is GST extra?
Yes. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout at the applicable rate.
What happens when I reach a limit?
The action that would exceed it is blocked rather than billed. Buy add-on capacity against that limit, or move up a tier.
Can I downgrade?
Yes, from the next billing cycle. Data above the lower plan's limits stays readable; creating more is what stops.
How do refunds work?
See the refund and cancellation policy, which sets out what is refundable and the working-day window.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It remains available for export. GST law requires tax records be kept for up to eight years, and that obligation outlives a cancellation.
