Refund & Cancellation Policy

How subscriptions are cancelled and when money comes back.

Version v1.0.1 · In force from 19 August 2026

How a subscription is cancelled, when a refund applies, how it is paid, and how long it takes to reach the instrument it came from.

1. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel at any time, from your subscription settings in the application or by writing to support@invovibe.online from the account's registered email address.

Cancellation stops the next payment. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for — cancelling on the fifth day of a month you have paid for does not close the account that day.

When the period ends, the organisation returns to the free plan. Your data is not deleted by cancellation: it stays available to read and export, and creating new records beyond the free plan's limits is what stops.

2. When a refund applies

A payment that was taken twice, or taken after you cancelled, is refunded in full. Tell us and we will find it; we also look for duplicates ourselves.

A payment that did not deliver what it bought is refunded in full — where the gateway confirmed the payment but the plan was never applied to your organisation and we could not put it right.

An annual plan cancelled within 14 days of first purchase is refunded for the unused part, calculated as the amount paid less the list price of the equivalent monthly plan for each month or part-month used.

A monthly plan is not refunded for the remainder of the current month. Cancel before the next payment date and you are not charged again.

Where we materially reduce what a paid plan does during a period you have paid for, you may cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part, and we will pay it.

3. What is not refundable

Add-on capacity bought against a plan's limit, once any of it has been used.

A period that has already been used in full.

An account suspended or closed for breach of the terms of use.

Taxes already paid to the government on the supply, where the law does not permit us to adjust them; in every other case GST is refunded with the amount and a credit note is issued under Section 34 of the CGST Act 2017.

4. How to request one

Write to support@invovibe.online from the account's registered email address with the organisation name, the payment date and amount, and the payment or order identifier from the gateway's receipt.

We acknowledge within 48 hours and decide within 7 working days, and we tell you the reason either way.

If you disagree with the decision, say so in reply and it is reviewed again by someone who did not take the first decision. The grievance route in the terms of use, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, remain open to you.

5. How a refund is paid

A refund goes back to the instrument it was paid from, through Razorpay. We cannot pay it to a different card or account, and we do not pay refunds in cash, credit or coupons unless you ask for account credit instead and we agree.

We initiate the refund within 5 working days of approving it. The gateway and your bank then take their own time to credit it — typically 5 to 10 working days, and longer for some issuers.

We will send you the gateway's refund identifier when we initiate it, so that you can trace it with your bank if it is slow.

6. What happens to your data

A refund does not by itself delete anything. Your records stay available to read and export under the free plan.

If you also want the account closed, say so and we will close it. For 90 days after closure your data remains available for export on request; after that it is deleted or anonymised, except the records tax law requires us to keep.

The privacy policy sets out exactly which records those are and for how long — books of account for 72 months from the due date of the annual return, under Section 36 of the CGST Act 2017.
